Indian Navy Artificer Apprentice (AA) And Senior Secondary Recruitment (SSR) is an exam
for the recruitment of sailors to the Indian Navy. The exam is conducted twice a
year by the Indian Navy for the selection of sailors. The application

Indian Navy SSR and AA, Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Unmarried male candidates can apply for this exam.
Age: Candidates 17-20 years and should be born between 01 August 2001 and 31st
July 2004.

Physical Standard
To appear in Physical Fitness Test, candidates must have cleared the
computer-based examination. For the PFT, candidates must perform the following
tasks.

Medical Test
Medical Standards for different applications are prescribed in current regulations applicable to sailors on entry. Candidates declared
temporarily unfit during medical test can avail advantage of specialist review
from the designated military hospital with a period of 21 days. No further
appeal is permissible if the candidate is declared unfit in the specialist
review.

Mode of Examination: Online
Language: Hindi and English
Type of Question: Objective Type
Marking Scheme: Paper will consist of 100 marks; each question carries 01 marks. There is a negative
marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer selected.
