Rashtriya Military school Common Entrance Test-2023, Important Dates, Eligibility Criteria, Selection Procedure, Exam Pattern, and syllabus
Rashtriya Military School every year organizes the Common Entrance Test (CET)
for the admission of the young students in Rashtriya Military School 2022-2023.
This exam is conducted for admission to class Ⅵ and Ⅸ. Also, admission to class Ⅺ is based on Ⅹ board examination, no written exam will be conducted
for Ⅺ class.
Rashtriya Military Schools announces
the applications for admission to class 6th and class 9th
for the academic year 2023-24. Rashtriya Military Schools are fully residential
public schools and are affiliated to CBSE Board. Rashtriya Military Schools
works under the aegis of the Ministry of Defence.

RMS CET-2023, Eligibility
Criteria
For Class Ⅵ: Boys between 10 and 12 years and must be born
between 01st April 2011 and 31st march 2013 are eligible
to apply for this exam. Candidates should have passed Ⅵ class or appearing in class Ⅴ from a recognised school.
For Class Ⅸ: Boys between 13 and 14 years and must be
born between 01st April 2008 and 31st march 2010.
Candidates should have passed class Ⅷ or appearing in class Ⅷ from a recognized school.
Note: 06-month age relaxation is permissible for the wards
of the personnel killed in action.
Medical Test
Candidates
who cleared the exam will be called for the medical examination at the
Command/Zonal and other Military Hospitals as nominated by the Director-General
of Medical Services before admission. Candidates who are medically fit will be
offered admission.
